Scholarships

The Department of Natural Resource Sciences and the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences award thousands of dollars to qualified students each year.

Degrees in forestry, wildlife ecology, and natural resource sciences prepare students to be well-trained professionals who understand the interrelationships of all natural resource sciences such as biological, physical and chemical sciences, research, design, and implementation of management plans; and educating citizens and public officials about resource issues.

Norman and Linda Baer Forestry Management Scholarship

Awarded to students majoring in forestry management.

Keith R. Henrickson Memorial Scholarship in Forest Management

Awarded to students majoring in forestry management.

Elmer Kegel Memorial Scholarship

Awarded to students majoring in forestry management.

E.H. Steffen Forestry Scholarship

Awarded to juniors majoring in natural resource sciences.

Wildlife Conservation Conclave Scholarship

Awarded to students majoring in natural resource science, studying wildlife conservation and management.

Students can apply online for scholarships available.

Office of Scholarship Services
Over 700 different scholarship programs are awarded through this process. Students who completed the academic scholarship application are considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible.
